During the shopping process, you have the ability review the items in your shopping cart at any point, make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering process. It's our goal to make your shopping experience as easy and helpful as possible. Also, ordering online from our website is very safe. We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology, to encrypt all your personal information.

Payment Methods
We accept payment via PayPal, American Express, VISA, Master Card, and Discover. We process all of our payments through PayPal, so please be sure to have your brower's preferences set accordingly. Shipping
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Non-stocked items are usually shipped within 48-72 hours. Custom-made orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. Please remember that each custom order is made specifically for you or your receipient. Complex custom orders may take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. All of our shipping packages are shipped ground, via US Postal Service. If you would like an order rushed, overnighted or use a different carrier, please contact us at staff@vipteez.com. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your package's tracking number.

Custom-made Orders
Custom orders may take 7-10 days to be created. Each custom order is uniquely quoted. All custom sales are non-refundable. There is a $10 screen charge for each design. If you have a specifc saying or design you would like on a shirt, please send it to us at staff@vipteez.com. For the highest quality, please send any photos to us in PSD, JPEG, or GIF file format. 300 dpi resolution is desired.

Exchange Policy
VIPTeez.com offers a 14-day exchange policy on all of our products, with the exception of special orders and sales items (shipping is non-refundable). We will gladly exchange any item purchased on-line for a different size as long as the item has not been WORN, WASHED, or DAMAGED. Please consult our size chart to prevent ordering the wrong size. Exchanges will only occur for size and style, not design. Receipt must be accompanied with exchange, please save your receipt to facilitate this procedure. Cancellations of orders will not be allowed.

Again, we recommend you ship all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to exchange shipping are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged when received.

Return Policy
VIP Teez wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your shipment. Simply email our customer service department at staff@vipteez.com.

* The item number & description of the merchandise being returned.

All items must be unworn and returned in the same condition as it was sent. Once we have approved your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

You may ship your return as soon as you have spoken to us. For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

Full refunds, excluding original shipping costs, will be given in the same form of payment used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been completed.
