PAYPAL SETTING REQUIREMENTS
All of our website's Credit Card Payments are processed through PayPal.
PayPal requires that your browser excepts Cookies. If you are having any
problems placing your payment, please be sure to check your browsers settings.
If you need assistance, please follow the instructions below.
Window Users
If your Internet Explorer browser is version 5.5 and earlier:
• From the Tools menu, click "Internet Options".
• Select the Security tab and click "Custom Level".
• There will be a section labeled "Cookies".
• Please make sure that both types are enabled, and click "OK"
.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
• Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/
Internet Explorer 5.5 and earlier users can also try:
• Open your Internet Explorer browser.
• Click "Tools" located at the top of the browser and
select "Internet Options" .
• Click "Security" at the top.
• Click "Default Level" at the bottom.
• Click "Apply".
• Click on "OK" to exit all screens.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
• Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/
Internet Explorer browser version 6.0 and WIN XP SP1 users:
• Go to "Start" in the lower left-hand corner of your
computer screen.
• Select "Settings" and then "Control Panel".
• In Control Panel open the "Internet Options" program.
• Click "Privacy".
• Click "Advanced".
• Check the check box that says "Override automatic cookie
handling".
• Check the box that says "Always allow session cookies".
• Click OK and close the "Internet Options" windows.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
• Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/
If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 and you do not prefer
to enable cookies for all websites, please follow the directions listed
below:
• Go "Start" in the lower left-hand corner of the computer
screen.
• Select "Settings" and then "Control Panel".
• In Control Panel open the "Internet Options" program.
• Click "Privacy".
• Click "Edit".
• Input www.paypal.com into the address field.
• Click "Allow". This will allow cookies to be enabled
for the PayPal website only.
• Click OK and close the "Internet Options" windows.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
• Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/
If your Internet Explorer browser is version 6.0 with Windows
XP Service Pack 2:
To determine if Windows XP Service Pack 2 has been installed:
• Open your Internet Explorer browser and select "Help"
from the toolbar.
• Select "About Internet Explorer".
• On the About Internet Explorer window, you will be given a version
number, a cipher strength (encryption rate), product ID, and update version.
• If the update version is "SP2" that means that Service
Pack 2 has been installed.
To enable cookies for IE 7 and IE WIN XP SP2:
• Open your Internet Explorer browser.
• Click "Tools" located at the top of the browser and
select "Internet Options".
• Click the "Privacy" tab at the top.
• Click the "Advanced" button.
• Check the box next to "Override automatic cookie handling".
• Ensure that both First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies are
set to Accept.
• Check the box next to "Always allow session cookies"
and click the "OK" button.
• You can also grant PayPal to always set the proper cookie by clicking
on the "Sites" button.
• Then type "www.paypal.com" into the field below "Address
of Web site:"
• Click the "Allow" button.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
• Go to https://www.paypal.com/
and log into your account.
MSN Explorer:
• Click "Help & Settings" at the top right-hand corner.
• Click "Web Browsing" located on the left side halfway
down page.
• A new window will appear with the heading "What do you want
to change about your Web browsing settings?"
• Click "MSN Explorer Security Statement".
• After the paragraph headed "Security Settings", click
"View/Configure Security Settings".
• Select "Custom Level".
• Scroll down the list to "Cookies".
• Click the circle next to Enable for "Allow cookies that are
stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies".
• Click "OK".
• Close your MSN browser and open a new one.
To accept cookies using Netscape in Windows:
• Click "Edit" from the top bar.
• Select "Preferences".
• Select "Advanced".
• Under Cookies, select either "Accept all cookies" or
"Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server
radio button".
• Click "OK".
• Go back to the Web and click "Reload". You should receive
the most recent versions of our web pages.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
To accept cookies using Netscape 7.0 in Windows:
• Click "Edit" from the top bar.
• Select "Preferences".
• Select "Privacy and Security".
• Under Cookies, select "Enable all cookies" or "Enable
cookies based on privacy settings".
• Click "OK".
• Go back to the Web and click "Reload". You should receive
the most recent versions of our web pages.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
To accept cookies using Netscape 8.0 in Windows:
• Open Netscape.
• Click the Tools Tab.
• Choose Options.
• Click Site Controls.
• Click Add Site.
• Type in www.paypal.com.
• Choose "I Trust This Site."
• Click Add Site.
• Click Okay.
• Click the View tab.
• Expand the Rendering Engine section.
• Click "Display Links Like Internet Explorer."

Macintosh Users
To enable cookies using Netscape on a Macintosh:

box.
• Click "OK".
• Shut down Explorer and open a new browser.
To enable cookies for Internet Explorer using a Mac OS 9.X or
lower:
• Click "Edit" from the top bar.
• Select "Preferences".
• Select "Privacy & Security".
• Under Cookies, select "Enable all cookies".
• Click "OK".
• Go back to the Web and click "Reload". You should receive
the most recent versions of our web pages.
• Shutdown all browser windows and open a new one.
To enable cookies using FireFox:
• Open FireFox.
• Click on Tools.
• Go to Options.
• Expand the Cookies Section.
• Check "Allow sites to set cookies".
• Click the "Exceptions" button.
• Type https://www.paypal.com/ into the "Address of web site"
box and click the "Allow" Button.
• Go back to the PayPal website and try to sign up again
