VIP Teez takes your security seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect
your information. The following is a summary of the measures VIP Teez
takes to protect your information and descriptions of ways we implement
these measures for different types of information you may provide to us.
VIP Teez continues to evaluate and implement enhancements in security
technology and practices, however we can only take steps to help reduce
the risks of unauthorized access. Each individual using the Internet can
take steps to help protect their information and further minimize the
likelihood that a security incident may occur.
Security
VIP Teez uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain
kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment
information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of
most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards
and other forms of payment. Any time VIP Teez asks you for a credit card
number on VIPTEEZ.com for payment or for verification purposes, it will
be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely
on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card number
on VIPTEEZ.com, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when
you retrieve or edit it in the future. Instead of the entire number, you
will only see asterisks and either the first four digits or the last four
digits of your number.

VIP Teez works with vendors and partners to protect the security and privacy

VIPTEEZ.com gathers navigational information about where visitors go on
our Web site and information about the technical efficiencies of our web
site and services (i.e. time to connect to our web site, time to download
pages).
This information allows us to see which areas of VIPTEEZ.com are most
visited and helps us better understand our customers' experience at VIPTEEZ.com.
This helps us improve the quality of visitors' online shopping experiences
by recognizing and delivering more of the features, services and products
our visitors prefer. In the process of gathering navigational information,
non-personally identifiable information (i.e. domain type, browser version,
service provider and IP address) may be collected which will provide information
regarding a visitor's use of our Web site.
COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We collect information from you that you provide to us at this site when
you establish or update an account, enter a contest, participate in a
survey, shop online, create or send a wish list or gift reminder. Categories

e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information and messages
or reminders you create. This information is used to enable VIPTEEZ.com
to deliver products that you have ordered, to fulfill requests that you
have created, to contact you or the recipient(s) in the event of order
or delivery difficulties, for verification, to respond to your inquiries
and to deliver services and information about our products or web site
to you, including adding you to our online newsletter or print catalogue
mailing list. We use third parties to help us provide services, such as
fulfilling orders, processing payments, monitoring site activity, conducting
surveys, maintaining our database, administering and locating e-mails,
and administering drawings or contests.
If you are visiting VIPTEEZ.com from a location outside of the U.S., your
orders placed through VIPTEEZ.com will be accepted and fully processed
in and shipped from the U.S. and all information you provide will be maintained
in our Web servers and/or internal systems located within the U.S., and
protected as noted in this privacy policy.
You should be aware that we may disclose specific information about you
if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith belief that it
is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect
the users of our Web site, the site, or the public.
SECURITY STATEMENT
VIPTEEZ.com takes the following types of security measures: use of technologies
and policies such as limited access data-centers, firewall technology,
secure socket layer certificate authentication and limitations of administrative
access to our systems. In addition, it is our policy not to send your
credit card number via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we recommend
you adopt in all of your Internet activities.
We designed VIPTEEZ.com to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit
communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example,
3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher
of Internet Explorer. This means you should not be able to inadvertently
place an order through an unsecured connection.
While we implement the above security measures on this site, you should
be aware that 100% security is not always possible.
